Gizmo's got new shoes

They just arrived in the mail today from our favourite store Petitude

Gizmo is very happy with them.

Gizmo Loves Prince

Prince doesn't love Gizmo though. He just tolerates him when he's too tired and lazy to run away.
Poor Gizmo tries so hard to get the cat to like him too. It's really sad.
Reminds me of the movie 'Garfield' where Prince is Garfield and Gizmo is Ode.
Hopefully Prince will grow to love Gizmo, in time, like Garfield did as well.

Head first

Gizmo was playing ball this morning, I was throwing and he was fetching, when he ran head first into the step.
He's ok just got a bit dazed and had to rest for a little while. Poor little guy.

I won't be throwing any toys towards the step in future.

Play Time

Gizmo has set playtimes during the day where all of his toys are out to play with.
I can't leave his toys out full time because if I do, then all he wants to do is play ALL the time even when it's sleep time.
He can be quite naughty about it. Growling at me and even sometimes biting me to play with him so that's why he only has playtimes during the day when I am not busy.

Gizmo goes to Market

Went to the market at the Glenorchy showground today. Haven't been there in ages and they've changed it. Most of the stalls are indoors now where there's a sign that says "No Dogs Allowed" So only spent about 10mins there.

Gizmo's outing to the market was pretty much a waste a time. Oh well, doesn't matter. Came home and had visitors instead to make up for it.

Working hard on the Land

It's the weekend. Yay!
Gizmo loves the weekend because he gets to be outdoors all day.
Today he was helping his Daddy do some much needed tractor work around the place.

Shower of snot

Just got back from feeding Boaz the pig horse who decided to snort all over Gizmo and I while we were bending down in front of him doing up his rug.
Gizmo was not impressed. I may be used to a snot shower but he definitely is not!

Taking Gizmo shopping

I have to go shopping today which means I'll either have to leave Gizmo at home or in the car.
He hates both of these options preferring to go with me instead. What shall I do?
I've got one of those pet carriers that looks like a sports bag and he can hide discreetly in it but I'm too scared to try it.
What if someone tells me off or kicks me out of the store. That would be so embarrassing.

I don't know whether it's ok or not. It is for celebrities like Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson but I'm not a celebrity.

If anyone else has done it. I'd love to hear about it

I chickened out and left Gizmo at home.
Might get the courage to try it next time.
